WHEAT DESSERT How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

WHEAT DESSERT Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 cup wheat,
• ¾ cup jaggery grated;
• 1 tblsp. Aniseeds;
• 2 tblsps. Black grapes;
• 4 cups water;
• Ghee.

Method:

1. Pound the wheat very coarsely and sieve through a fine colander and discard the flour.
2. Wash the wheat in water.
3. Dissolve jaggery in water and set aside.
4. Heat 6 tblsps. Ghee and fry a the wheat to a golden colour.
5. Put in the rest of the above ingredients and cook over a slow fire stirring frequently till the wheat is tender and all the moisture is absorbed.
6. Cover and set aside for half an hour.
7. Decorate with any nuts you like before serving.
