VATANENU DUDHPAK How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

VATANENU DUDHPAK Recipe

Ingredients:

• 100 grams green peas, shelled:
• ½ litre milk;
• a few drops either essence of rose of kewda;
• ½ tsp. Cardamom seeds, coarsely pounded;
• 25 grams fried raisins;
• Silver foil;
• 4 tblsps. Sugar.


Method:

1. Bring milk to boil, put in the peas and the cardamoms and cook till the peas are tender and the mixture thick.
2. Put in the sugar and raisins and cook till the sugar dissolves and the mixture is quite dry.
3. Remove from fire, sprinkle essence on top and cover with foil.
4. Serve hot or cold.
