TIL VADI How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

TIL VADI Recipe

Ingredients:

• 250 grams each of til, roasted peanuts, and roasted grams or dalia;
• 1 tsp cardamom seeds;
• 300 grams cbikki jaggery, grated;
• ½ cup ghee.

Method:

1. Roast til. Pound dalia and peanutscoarsely.
2. Heat ghee and put in jaggery.
3. When it turns into a syrup, put in the rest of the above in gradients and remove from fire.
4. Put in a greased tbali and mark into squares.
5. Cut into pieces when cold and store in an airtight tin.
