TIL LADDUS How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

TIL LADDUS Recipe

Ingredients:


• 1 cup white til, roasted;
• ¼ cup roasted peanuts;
• ¼ cup roasted gram dal;
• 25 grams each of sliced pistachio nuts and raisins;
• 1 tsp. Cardamom seeds;
• ¾ cup chikki jaggery,
• ¼ cup ghee.

Method:

1. Melt the ghee, put in jaggery and when it turns into a syrup, mix in the rest of the above ingredients.
2. Remove from fire, grease your hands and make into small balls.
3. Set aside to turn hard and cold and then store in airtight tins.
