SUJI LADDUS How to Prepare
SUJI LADDUS Recipe
Ingredients:
• 250 grams fine suji
• 250 grams ground sugar;
• 125 grams ghee;
• 50 grams each of finely sliced almonds and pistachios;
• 1 tblsp. Coarsely pounded cardamom seeds;
• 25 grams poppy seeds.
Method:
1. Heat ghee and put in the suji.
2. Fry over a slow fire till the ghee seems to separate from the suji
and a sweet fragrance comes out of it.
3. Remove from fire and mix in the rest of the above ingredients.
4. Care should be taken not to brown the suji.
5. When the mixture turns bearably hot from into round balls.
6. When they turn cold store in airtight tins.
