How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

SANTRANU DUDHPAK Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 litre milk;
• 100 grams sugar,
• 4 oranges;
• 1 tsp cardamom powder,
• 25 grams sliced pistachio nuts.

Method:

1. Put milk on a slow fire and cook till it turns thick.
2. Put in the sugar and continue cooking till it turns a nice brown colour.
3. Remove from fire and set aside to turn cold.
4. Peel oranges and remove the pulp, mix the pulp along with cardamom powder into the cold milk, serve decorated with pistachio nuts.
