SANDESH How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

SANDESH Recipe

Ingredients:

• Paneer made of 1 litre milk;
• ½ tsp. Of rose essence;
• ¼ kilo sugar;
• 1 tsp. Ground cardamom seeds;
• 25 grams sliced almonds and pistachios.

Method:

1. Knead the paneer to a smooth mixture.
2. Mix with sugar and cardamom powder and put in a pan.
3. Cook over a slow fire stirring all the time the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the pan.
4. Mix in essence and put in a greased tbali, decorate with nuts and set aside to cool.
5. Cut into any shape you like and store in an airtight container.
