RABARI How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

RABARI Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 litre milk;
• ¾ cup sugar;
• ½ tsp. Ground nutmeg;
• 1 tsp. Crushed cardamom seeds;
• A few drops of rose essence;
• 4 tblsps mixed sliced nuts;
• 1 orange, peeled segmented and pitted.

Method:

1. Boil milk along with sugar, cardamoms and nutmeg over a slow fire stirring frequently until the mixture turns very thick and is about to leave the sides of the pan.
2. Mix in essence and chill.
3. Decorate with fruits and nuts and serve at once.
