PEANUT LADDUS How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

PEANUT LADDUS Recipe

Ingredients:

• ½ kilo roasted peanuts;
• ½ kilo dates;
• ½ cup powdered sugar,
• 1 tblsp powdered dry ginger;
• 1 tsp. Cardamom seeds;
• ¾ cup ghee.

Method:

1. Remove seeds from dates and grind to a paste.
2. Pound peanuts coarsely.
3. Heat ghee and fry the dates till dry.
4. Remove from fire and mix in the rest of the above ingredients and form into round balls.
5. Set aside to turn cold and then store in airtight tins.
