PARSHAD CHA SHEERA How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

PARSHAD CHA SHEERA Recipe

Ingredients:

• ¼ cup. Each of semolina and ghee;
• ½ cup sugar;
• 1 ½ cups milk;
• 1 ripe banana, cut into thin rounds;
• 1 tsp. Cardamom powder,
• A few mixed sliced nuts;
• A few drops of rose essence.

Method:

1. Heat ghee and fry the semolina to a light red colour.
2. Add sugar, milk and cardamoms and keep on stirring over a slow fire till the mixture turns thick.
3. Remove from fire and mix in the bananas and essence.
4. Serve decorated with nuts.
