How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

PANTOOA Recipe


Ingredients:

• Paneer made of 1 litre milk;
• 250 grams khoya;
• ¼ tsp. Baking powder;
• 2 tblsps. Maida;
• 500 grams sugar,
• ½ tsp. Of rose essence.

Method:

1. Put 2 cups water in sugar and prepare a syrup of one-thread consistency.
2. Mix together paneer, baking powder and maida and knead to a smooth mixture.
3. Add little water at a time and knead to a dough of uniform consistency.
4. Form into oval-shaped balls and deep fry over a slow fire to a golden colour.
5. Drain and toss into the syrup.
6. Sprinkle essence on top.
7. They last for a few days in the fridge.
