PANEER JALEBI How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

PANEER JALEBI Recipe


Ingredients for paneer jalebi recipe:

• 500 grams paneer,
• 125 grams maida
• 500 grams sugar,
• 1 tsp. Either essence of rose or kewda;
• silver or golden foil;
• 1 tsp. Cardamom seeds;
• 25 grams finely sliced pistachios;
• pinch of baking powder.
• Ghee.


Method of cooking paneer jalebi recipe:

1. Grind the paneer to a paste, mix with baking powder and flour and then add enough milk to form a smooth dough.
2. Put 2 cups water in sugar and prepare a syrup of one-thread consistency.
3. Mix in the essence and remove from fire.
4. Shape the dough into small jalebies with your hand and deep fry over a slow fire till crisp and golden.
5. Drain and put immediately into the syrup.
6. Let them soak for 10 minutes, then drain and serve in a clean plate.
7. Sprinkle nuts and cardamoms on top and cover with foil.
8. Serve either hot or cold.
