NANKHATAI How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

NANKHATAI Recipe

Ingredients:

• 250 grams refined flour;
• 200 grams sugar;
• ¼ tsp. Of rose essence;
• 1 tblsp cardamom seeds;
• 150 grams ghee.

Method:

1. Mix together all the above ingredients to form a dough. Do not add water.
2. If the dough cannot be formed add more ghee.
3. Knead well.
4. Roll out into a sheet and cut into small rounds with a biscuit cutter.
5. Decorate with seeds of big cardamoms and rose petals.
6. Bake in a moderate oven to a light golden colour.
7. Cool thoroughly and store in an airtight tin.
