MIXED FRUIT MITHAI How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

MIXED FRUIT MITHAI Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 litres milk;
• 100 grams mixed fruits like crystallized peels, cherries and pineapple;
• 200 grams sugar,
• A few drops essence of vanilla;
• Silver warq or foil.

Method:

1. Put milk and sugar in a pan and cook till the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the vessel.
2. Put in sliced fruits and essence and remove from fire.
3. Put in a greased tbali, level the surface, cover with warq and set aside to turn cold then cut into pieces and store in airtight tins.
