MALPURA Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1cup milk,
• 1 tsp. Aniseeds;
• 1 tblsp. Poppy seeds;
• 1 tsp. Seeds of big black cardamoms;
• flour,
• ½ cup ground sugar,
• ghee.
Method of cooking malpura recipes :
1. Mix together sugar and milk
2. When the sugar dissolves put in enough flour to form a batter and beat
the batter until smooth.
3. Now mix in the rest of the above ingredients.
4. Heat enough ghee for deep frying in a pan to smoking, lower the heat
and drop 2 tblsps. Of batter in it.
5. Spread into a thin round shape.
6. Fry to a golden colour.
7. Drain thoroughly and serve hot.
