ICE CREAM SANDESH How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

ICE CREAM SANDESH Recipe


Ingredients:

• Paneer made of 2 litres milk;
• ½ tin sweetened condensed milk;
• ½ tsp. Of saffron essence;
• 2 tblsps. Fresh curds;
• 25 grams halved pistachio nuts;
• a few drops of orange red colour.


Method:

1. Grind paneer to a paste and mix with all the above ingredients with the exception of nuts.
2. Put in a greased thali and decorate with nuts.
3. Steam till set or a tooth pack inserted in the centre comes out clean.
4. Remove from fire, cool and cut into any shape you like.
