HALWA KARANJIA How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

HALWA KARANJIA Recipe

Ingredients:

Take for the pastry and the paste the same ingredients as shown in the previous recipe.
• But for the filling take
• 1 kilo grated carrots;
• 500 grams sugar;
• 1 tblsp. Poppy seeds;
• 100 grams mixed sliced nuts of your choice;
• 1 tsp cardamom powder;
• ½ tsp. Grated nutmeg;
• ghee.

Method:

1. Put the carrots in a closed vessel till tender cooking it over a slow fire, put in all the filling ingredients and cook till dry and thick.
2. Now prepare the karanjias in the same way as shown in the last recipe.
