How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

FLOUR LADDUS Recipe

Ingredients:

• 500 grams whole wheat flour,
• 350 grams ghee;
• 4 tblsps. Poppy seeds;
• 2 tblsps. Cardamom seeds;
• 250 grams ground sugar;
• 50 grams each of sliced amonds and pistachios.

Method:

1. Melt ghee, add flour and fry it to a golden colour.
2. Remove from fire and mix in the rest of the above ingredients.
3. Set aside to turn cool, then from into round balls.
4. Set aside to turn cold and hard and store in an airtight tin.
