FLOUR HALWA Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 tblsps. Each of flour and ghee;
• ½ cup sugar,
• 1 cup milk;
• ½ tsp. Cardamom powder;
• 2 tblsps. Mixed sliced nuts;
• 2 tblsps. Cream

Method of cooking flour halwa:

1. Heat ghee and fry the flour to a golden colour.
2. Add sugar, milk and cardamoms and cook over a slow fire till the mixture turns thick.
3. Mix in cream and decorate with nuts and serve at once.
