FALOODA KULFI How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

FALOODA KULFI Recipe

 


Ingredients and Method:

1. For falooda take 250 grams refined flour and put in enough water to make a batter of thin consistency.
2. Place the batter on a slow fire and cook stirring all the time until the mixture turns thick and all the moisture is absorbed.
3. Now take a small bucket of chilled water and place sev mould on top.
4. Put a little batter at a time into the mould and press.
5. The mixture will fall into the water in the form of thin and long sev.
6. If you find the mixture to thick while pressing add a little milk or water and mix in nicely before pressing the dough again.
7. Now set the falooda aside for a few hours in the water and prepare a syrup of a one-thread consistency from 250 grams sugar and 2 cups water.
8. Drain out the falooda nicely and place in a large place which should be placed in a slanting position in a large thali or some other vessel.
9. Now spoon the syrup over the falooda, when all the syrup has been spooned over the falooda, collect the syrup which has dripped into the thali and reheat it, once again spoon over the falooda and reheat.
10. Do this procedure for 7 to 8 times.
