EGG HALWA Recipe
Ingredients:
• 125 grams khoya
• 75 grams each of cashewnuts and almonds;
• 2 well-bearen eggs;
• ½ cup sugar,
• ½ tsp. Of rose essence;
• silver warq.
Method:
1. Mix together khoya, eggs and sugar till smooth.
2. Grind nuts to a paste and mix in along with essence.
3. Put in a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven to a golden
colour.
4. Remove from oven, cover with foil and cut into pieces before serving.
