DIAMOND CUTS How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

DIAMOND CUTS Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups refined flour,
• 3 tblsps. Ground sugar,
• 2 tblsps. Melted ghee;
• 1 tsp cumin seeds;
• condensed milk.

Method:

1. Blend together sugar, flour and cumin seeds.
2. Rub in ghee with your fingertips and then add enough milk to form a stiff dough.
3. Roll out into a thin sheet on a floured board.
4. Cut into diamond shapes with the help of a sharp knife and deep fry to a golden colour.
5. Drain, cool thoroughly and store in airtight tins
