COCONUT BURFI How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

COCONUT BURFI Recipe

 

Ingredients:

• 4 cups finely grated coconut.
• 2 cups sugar,
• 1 cup khoya;
• 1 cup milk;
• ½ tsp. Of rose essence;
• 1 tsp cardamom seeds;
• 50 grams mixed sliced nuts of your choice.
• Silver warq.
• Ghee.


Method:

1. Hear ½ cup ghee, add coconut and fry till brown.
2. Add sugar and keep on stirring till the mixture turns golden.
3. Add milk, khoya and the rest of the above ingredients and keep on stirring till the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the pan.
4. Put in a greased thali, level the surface and cover with warq.
5. When cold cut into squares.
