CHOCOLATE MITHAI How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

CHOCOLATE MITHAI Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 litres milk;
• 200 grams milk chocolate;
• 25 grams each of sliced almonds, pistachios and walnuts;
• A few drops of vanilla essence;
• 125 grams sugar;
• Silver warq
.

Method:

1. Melt the chocolate over the top of hot water and keep it warm.
2. Heat milk and sugar on a low fire and keep on stirring till the milk turns thick and leaves the sides of the vessel.
3. Mix in the rest of the above ingredients nicely and put in a greased tbali, level the surface, cover with warq and set aside to turn cold.
4. Cut into pieces and store in an airtight tin.
