How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

CHANNA MURKI Recipe


Ingredients:

• Paneer made of 1 litre milk;
• 250 grams sugar;
• ½ tsp. Of rose essence;
• 25 grams mixed sliced nuts.

Method:

1. Put 1 cup water in sugar and prepare a syrup of 2- thread consistency.
2. Put paneer cubes in it and cook till the syrup turns very thick, do not stir often otherwise the cubes of paneer will break.
3. Set aside to turn cold, remove each cube onto a plate separately and decorate with nuts.
4. After a few hours store in an airtight container.
