How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

CASHEWNUT LADDUS Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 kilo pounded cashewnuts;
• 500 grams sugar;
• 250 grams khoya;
• 1 tblsp. Cardamom seeds;
• 1 tsp. Of rose essence;
• Silver foil.

For filling___

• 100 grams mixed coarsely pounded nuts of your choice.

Method:

1. Mix essence, cardamoms and nuts together.
2. Melt sugar over a slow fire, add khoya and mix till smooth.
3. Add cashewnuts and keep on stirring till the mixture turns thick.
4. Remove from fire and set aside to turn cool.
5. Form into round balls around a little of the filling.
6. Set aside to turn cold.
7. Cover with warq or foil and store in an airtight tin.
