CARROT HALWA How to Prepare

CARROT HALWA Recipe

Ingredients:

• 250 grams carrots, peeled and grated;
• ½ litter milk;
• ½ tsp. Cardamom powder,
• 25 grams mixed sliced and fried nuts;
• ¾ cup sugar;
• ½ cup cream;
• ¼ tsp. Of rose essence;
• ghee.

Method:

1. Heat 4 tblsps. Ghee and fry the carrots to a red colour.
2. Add milk, sugar and cardamoms and cook till all the moisture is absorbed.
3. Remove from fire, mix in the essence and put in a greased plate, level the surface, cover with cream and decorate with nuts.
4. Serve at once.
