BESAN LADDU How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?
BESAN LADDU Recipe
Ingredients:
• 3 cups besan;
• 2 cups powdered sugar,
• 1 tsp. Cardamom seeds;
• ½ tsp. Of saffron essence;
• 25 grams each of almonds and pistachio nuts;
• ½ cup milk;
• 1 ½ cups ghee.
Method:
1. Put 2 tblsps. Hot ghee and milk into the flour.
2. Mix well and pass through a sieve.
3. Blanch and slice the nuts. Hear the remaining ghee and put in the flour
and fry to a light golden colour.
4. Remove from fire and put in the rest of the above ingredients.
5. Mix well and form into rounds balls decorated with a few halved almonds
and pistachios.
6. Set aside to turn cold and hard and store in airtight tins.
