ALU HALWA How to Prepare -Make -Cook ?

ALU HALWA Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 cup boiled peeled and mashed potatoes;
• ¾ cup sugar;
• ½ tsp. Crushed cardamom seeds;
• 2 tblsps. Finely sliced mixed nuts;
• Few drops essence of rose.

Method:

1. Blend together potatoes and sugar.
2. Hear 6 tblsps. Ghee and fry the potato mixture to a golden colour stirring all the time.
3. Mix in essence and nuts.
4. Sprinkle cardamoms on top and serve at once.
